Counselling and therapy in Stanstead Abbotts

Held in Mind Therapies was founded by Heather Brennan and Judy Wilson. Our therapy is rooted in the psychodynamic tradition. We aim to help clients to understand and be more aware of themselves and to change deep seated and often unconsciously based emotional problems thereby alleviating their distress and its systems. What starts out as a problem can often be turning point towards self- discovery.

We have backgrounds in the NHS, private and voluntary sector services and adhere to the BACP ethical and legal guidelines.

    Our location
    Our counselling practice is in Stanstead Abbotts within easy reach of Ware, Broxbourne, Great Amwell, Hoddesdon, Cheshunt, Harlow, Roydon. It is five minutes walk from St Margaret's overground Station. This is on the Liverpool Street to Hertford East line. There is parking available.

    We also have the facility to see clients at The Gestalt Centre, Kings Cross, NW1.
